Chelsea produced a scintillating performance to thrash West Ham 5-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, with Nicolas Jackson starring for the Blues.

The 21-year-old forward scored twice and assisted another as Chelsea ran riot against a sorry West Ham side.

It was a dominant display from Chelsea, who were in control from start to finish.

Noni Madueke was also excellent for the Blues, providing two assists.

The victory moves Chelsea up to fourth in the Premier League table, while West Ham remain in 18th place.
